with the sound of the bells. The Okay, so I've been reading a new book by Dr. Rick Hansen called Neuroderma, which I highly recommend.

If you're not familiar with Rick's work, he's written a number of other best-selling books,

He really talks about the intersection between neuroscience, psychology, meditation, Buddhism,

really fascinating person and wonderful human being.

And one of the things I wanted to share with you from his book is a three-part practice called

letting be letting go and letting in and this is a practice that you can utilize

when you're feeling really any experience but in particular
