Well, it shows by the results that we that you get.

So all right.

So what we're doing on this episode, something a little bit different is we're going

to call this episode the grab bag that we're just going to, Mike and I are just going

to shoot some ideas back and forth that are going to be likely, totally unrelated.

And think of it like as some of our, I don't know, best ideas or some of our

aha moments or grab bag, bag of ahas, you know, whatever, just some different things we had. So

that's not a good topic, Mike? Oh, this is going to be awesome, man. I'm so stoked to do this one

with you. All right, cool. All right. Well, let's jump into it.

So first one, let's talk about, man, there's a great thing. And I don't think we've ever mentioned this on all the episodes that we've done here in the podcast. I don't think we've mentioned this. It's what's called the halfway survey.

A halfway survey. So the idea of the halfway survey, you know, Mike,

there's some really cool programs that once a loan is closed, like this, this program sends out a

thing, hey, you know, have we earned your five star rating? If so, give it to us. If not, hey,

we're sorry. And that's got a fatal flaw. What's that? The fatal flaw is that

if we wait until we're done with the loan and then we send out, how do we do? And they reply back,

hey, you didn't get a five star. You got maybe a three. In fact, maybe even a two. There's nothing we can do about it. Right. It's too late. It's like, well, crap, what? Oh, you wanted me to do what? Well, hell, why didn't you tell me you wanted me to do that? I didn't know you wanted me to do that. Like, whatever that thing is, whatever they're not happy about. It's like, hell, I didn't even know.

Right. Why didn't you tell me? Right. They didn't tell us because we didn't ask them.

Right. So the halfway survey, don't wait until the end to ask how you're doing. Halfway through,

we send out a little survey, we adapt we call the halfway survey and basically it's like how we doing and this would go out like whatever
