0:14.4	It's that time of year again when the younger three children are getting really excited.
0:18.9	They're anticipating that moment when the Christmas tree comes out.
0:22.7	You see every advent at the beginning of Advent, we bring out the Christmas tree, and we
0:26.6	don't use it as a Christmas tree during Advent, we use it more as like a Jesse tree or an
0:30.9	Advent tree, if you will, where we put up various images from the Old Testament biblical
0:34.8	stories to remind us of all the prophecies and the promises of the coming of Christ.
0:40.0	Well, to get the tree up though, it is quite the production.
0:43.6	I don't know about you, but every year I'm always fooled by this.
0:46.4	I think I won't get the tree up, but it'll just take about 20, 30 minutes here.
0:49.7	But it's quite the production.
0:51.6	We got to get it out of storage, it's big tree, and that's really complicated.
0:55.4	And then we got to bring it into the living room, and we show up and there's all these
0:58.8	items in the living room.
0:59.7	We got to clear it out, we got to sweep it out, we got to move furniture around, rearrange things,
1:04.0	take things out to make space for the magnificent tree.
1:08.0	That's what Advent is really all about.
1:10.4	It's about making space for this magnificent child who wants to come into our hearts in a new way.
1:19.0	With special graces for this season, Advent is about making space for the gift
1:26.0	making space in our hearts.
1:27.6	That's what the season is all about, and yet so many Christians, even sadly, so many Catholics
1:33.4	don't really celebrate Advent. They celebrate December.
