1:31.0 | And today I really want to talk about the power of support, how to find people of equal vibration, how to energetically match. |
1:41.5 | These are questions that I'm sure in your mind, like when you meet someone, how do you know that there is an energetic match? |
1:48.8 | When you connect with someone, how do you know that you are of equal frequency or equal vibration? |
1:55.6 | Or even if not equal, but aligned, how many times have you ever thought of that? How many of you have ever had that idea in your head, where you're like, I like this person, but I'm not quite sure if we're on the same frequency. |
2:08.6 | I want to share with you some scientific reasons of why the quality of our relationships are good for us. |
2:17.8 | And the reason I'm doing this is because I think more of us have challenges in our relationships, we may have toxic elements in our relationships, or unhealthy elements in our relationships, then healthier ones across the board. |
2:31.4 | And it's important for us to understand the benefits of healthy relationships. |
2:36.9 | One of them is actually longevity and studies show that people, particularly men, are healthier when they're married and they live longer. |
2:47.7 | Says the researcher Jones. And a lot of the longevity studies show that being in a loving long term relationship reduces stress, it helps us give up bad habits. |
3:02.5 | And we actually adopt more positive habits. Another thing that's really interesting about having positive relationships, not just romantic ones, is that we actually accelerate our healing process. |
