It's so clear from the context of scripture. God cares about us. We have nothing he needs. There's nothing we can contribute that will make a difference in his existence.

He doesn't need my intellect, my wisdom, he doesn't need my resources or my strength,

and yet he loves us.

The topic we've been working through is restoration.

For this session, we're gonna talk about restoration. For this session, we're going to talk about restoration, great and small. We're going to talk about some macro big picture things that God is doing in the earth.

And then I pray before we go, some very personal things that God is doing in the

earth because he's doing both. It always is helpful to me to be reminded that God

watches overall. Both the thoughts in my heart and what's happening with the peoples of the earth.

There are two things God is doing in the earth these days that I am quite confident of. He is regathering the Jewish people

and establishing them on a little piece of land on the eastern end of the

Mediterranean Sea that he promised to Abram millennia ago he would give to him and his ancestors forever.

And at the same time that is happening much to the consternation of much of the world,

he is collecting and purifying his church. And both of those

things are happening in parallel and while that's happening we're seeing the

greatest expression of ungodliness, wickedness, evil that our world has ever known.

And those two things are going to continue to happen in parallel.

The real question is, which of those scenarios will you focus your attention on because the one you choose to focus your attention on
