Ash here, joined by my cat Cody once again to bring you what's new and what's next here at

epic real estate. Alrighty so let's just jump right into it and let's start with

some wins from our members of the Epic Pro Academy on follow-through Friday

so Devon he got two contracts assignment Epic Pro Academy on Follow Through Friday.

So Devon, he got two contracts assigned this week

and two subject to deals under contract.

Awesome, Devon, love it.

Last week I mentioned Mara, who closed on 42 houses in one week.

She mentioned that this was her biggest week to date and she posted about it again.

So I just wanted to give her another shout out.

I just think that's absolutely amazing amazing totally killing it and just keep it up. I want to see what win tops this one this is awesome Mara

Chris closed on two deals this past week as well, awesome, Chris.

Jack, so he closed on the purchase of a single family home

and started a fix and flip in the process.

And he had a double closing on a single family house

and he posted a picture of his profit check and that was

for 18,460 dollars. Wow! That's awesome Jack, great pay day to close off the week.
