Ukrainian President Valonimer Zellenski says Ukraine's counter-offensive is, quote, moving forward,

after he'd made some headway in its effort to recapture Russian health territory.

In a social media pose Zellensky said Ukrainian forces will continue their counter-offensive,

quote, despite everything and no matter what anyone says. It's unclear who or what

Zelensky was referring to with that comment, but it seems like he's trying to

reverse the narrative that Ukraine's counter-offensive so far hasn't been as

effective as they'd hope it be.

The counter-offensive formally began in mid-June,

but no major settlements have been captured as Ukrainian troops faced

well-defended Russian lines.

At the same time, Kiva said it's in no rush to get quick results.

The FDA says it's going to finalize its plans to ban mental tobacco products, quote,

in the coming months.

That's according to an FDA spokesperson, and the agency is under a lot of

pressure to announce those plans after it said it would sort out the details by this
