October 28th.

A new CNN poll conducted by SSRS finds that most voters think former President Donald Trump would not concede if he lost the presidential election.

A sizable minority of his supporters say losing candidates have no obligation to do so and if legal challenges related

to the election find their way to the Supreme Court a majority of all voters have

little or no confidence in the High court to make the right decisions.

CNN political director David Challion explains why this is concerning.

Well that seems like a pretty toxic brew to me, right?

Because if you're just talking about the expectations that the American people have, if only 30% of Americans think that if Donald Trump loses he'll

actually concede and yet a majority don't have faith in the Supreme Court

to properly adjudicate 2024 election-related

matters.

I mean you could just see the kind of environment that the post-election period could have,

depending on the outcome and where the American people are now with their expectations of that.

Israel's Parliament is considering two bills that would prevent staff and aid provided by the UN's agency for

Palestinian refugees from moving through Israel. The bills don't technically

bar the agency from operating in Israeli occupied territories like Gaza, but they would cut off its operations

affecting about 2.5 million people. The agency supports millions of other

Palestinian refugees in five locations across the Middle East.

Yesterday, in a joint letter, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, and South Korea

expressed, quote, grave concerns over the proposed ban.
