Clashes at the Lebanon-Israeli border continue, leaving people in one northern Israeli city on edge.

Nahadilla has declared a state of emergency according to a city official.

The official says people can hear everything from artillery fire over the border to rockets that land nearby on a daily basis.

One resident told CNN the city is on the front line and that they feel the threat of war

with the Lebanese Militzen Group has below quote, getting closer to us.

Tensions ramped up after Israel killed Hezbollah's top military commander in Beirut

and the death of former Palestinian Prime Minister and Hamas political leader Isma El Hania and an attack in Tehran that Iran blamed on Israel.

Israel has not confirmed or denied involvement.
