It's day two of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, where more Republican lawmakers are making the case for

electing former president Donald Trump.

You've got House Speaker Mike Johnson,

other Trump allies in Congress like Elise Stephanic and Steve's Elise Galis.

You've also got Senator Marco Rubio, who of course lost out on the running mate slot to JD Vance.

Finally we're going to see Vivek Ramaswami, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, and

former UN Ambassador Nicky Haley. They all of course lost to Trump in the primary.

And Haley's speech will really be one to watch for because a source with knowledge of her

remarks tells CNN that Haley will be making the pitch to uncertain voters

about why they should vote for

Palestinians in Gaza are reeling from a series of devastating attacks that Israel says are targeted strikes against Hamas.

Local health officials say Israeli strikes across parts of Gaza killed at least 60 people today, including a five-year-old child. of Central and Southern Gaza. Honor of the UN's agency for Palestinian refugees says since Hamas's October 7th attacks on Israel,

almost 70% of schools the organization runs have been hit.
