I'm sitting in a judge your neighbor work sheet. I started it this morning.

worksheet is a way of identifying the thoughts that we're

thinking in any specific situation. The thoughts we're thinking that caused our suffering.

So, and then we're going to question those thoughts after they're written down.

So I'm angry with Kyla because she doesn't cooperate.

So what is the situation?

I'm standing actually here where I'm sitting and my 12 year old daughter, she's 12 now, had her birthday party.

And she was sitting with her friends on the sofa and so they were there she's looking at her friend next to her

and I'm trying to get them ready for the night and she doesn't have her toothbrush down here and I tell her, well come with me I'm tired so I don't want to I don't want to do so much anymore.

Then she hasn't, well, you can do that.

Okay, so close your eyes.

All of you do the same. Imagine your daughter right there with you. She doesn't cooperate.

Witness that in your mind's eye, just as it was happening then.
