Welcome to the Epic Gardening Podcast. We're talking

0:16.5

fruit trees. We're talking orchards this week with Cameron Nachrami of

0:20.1

the busy gardener. Cameron you've got 80 plus varieties in your orchard.

0:26.5

That's a lot.

0:27.4

I'm sitting at one, actually technically I think three,

0:31.4

0:34.7

sort of sprinkled around my property but one or all of those may be coming out

0:39.3

1:19.7

you're at the store and seeing as you've purchased in the past what what there is that you'd like to

1:23.8

a certain type of fruit. So that's kind of the first consideration of what to plant. You also

1:30.0

ideally want a tree that is self fruitful.

1:33.7

And what self fruitful means is just that it's able to produce fruit

1:36.8

if it was planted all by itself.

1:39.6

Now, not every tree is like that.
