1:07.1	restaurant business, you learn very quickly, the only way you have any hope for success
1:11.1	is that you've got to have fantastic people and you have to make them feel appreciated and that's
1:16.8	what i think he means by making people feel seen because when you're seeing someone is watching you
1:23.4	and just by watching people and letting them know that you value what they do, it's like the gold in any organization.
