Kula, let's get going on three questions.

In today's three more questions episode, we're diving deeper into your conversation with Roger

Goodell, who as most of you know, is the commissioner of the NFL.

Football is back, baby.

And I am so excited for football season.

What better episode to kick it off with than Roger Goodell?

He is the man in charge of the whole league.

And it's such an amazing conversation.

Probably my favorite part of the episode was when you asked Roger

about how it feels to get booed when you're on stage. David, have you been booed before?

Well, I have to tell you, as the CEO of the public company, I don't think I ever really got

booed on stage. But I can tell you, I did have to deliver some bad news at times regarding our business performance

and our quarterly earnings reports. And the stock would go down. And when that happened, that was kind

of like our investors giving me a big, loud boo. The good news is it didn't happen very often,

but when it did, it really irked me, I have to say. Well, I can probably say that I've never made someone mad enough to boo at me. But after listening to that episode, I'm kind of hoping at some point somebody booze me just so I can know what it feels like. Well, just stay tuned. You never know. You might get booed with this podcast, so let's see. I know. Well, hopefully people don't boo at these questions, but let's just roll right into it with today's episode of three more questions.

All right, question number one. Roger says the biggest threat to the National Football League is complacency.

And he himself is always learning and trying to make the league a little bit better every single day.

What advice can you give leaders who are running successful companies on how they can continue to get better even when things are already good?

I think it's really important that you have a healthy dissatisfaction with the status quo

and really be looking for what I called unfinished business.

What hasn't been done yet that you can do that's going to take the company forward?
