Kula. And I'm really looking forward to this episode because we're going to be discussing my

conversation with Marissa Montiel, the former

deputy CEO and chairman of Deloitte, the largest consulting firm in the world. And one of the things I love about

this episode is we go deep into this book that she wrote at Deloitte on female leadership,

which is called Dare to Be Extraordinary.

And you know, I've gotten to know Maritzza as a fellow board member of Comcast.

And let me tell you something, she is extraordinary.

She is a great leader.

She knows her stuff.

She adds so much to the Comcast board.

And it's easy to see why she was able to

basically climb the ladder. And she has such tremendous advice. So I think everybody should listen to

this podcast because you can't walk away without some real nuggets if you listen to Marissa.

That's absolutely true. As a female leader myself, this episode kind of feels like an anthem

almost. I mean, all of the things that she says about being a female in leadership and

facing adversity with the same tenacity that men face adversity with, it really was so inspiring.

It was like I was pouring jet fuel into my engine and it just

is so motivating. So I hope that if you're a female or a male leader, you go back and listen to

that conversation because I promise you, you will finish that episode and feel super inspired
