Oh, it's going great. I have to tell you, I'm in Florida, and I'm very happy to say that I am because that cold front and snow is going across this country.

And I have to tell you, 75 degree weather

with a real nice little cool breeze is absolutely perfect. So I'm really pumped up to have this

conversation today. Let's get going, Kula. Well, today we're discussing your conversation with

Lindsay Chekima. She's the CEO of Casted. And I loved this conversation. First of all, Lindsay is incredibly

articulate. So just listening to her voice is very soothing, actually. So I really liked that. But

Cast It is a platform that helps people who have podcasts, really leverage their podcast and track all of the data so they know exactly who's

listening to their podcast. And CASTID helps them amplify their content so that their listeners

have more and more of their content to consume. Well, you can imagine, Cool, I was very excited

to have this conversation with Lindsay because she's breaking new ground here. And Lindsay has this startup and she's focused on podcasts and she's passionate about podcasts

because she knows that podcasts are a great way to connect with customers and really maximize

the business opportunity you may have.

All right. Question number one. I love the parallel Lindsay draws between human needs and business needs.

She says that as humans, we're hardwired for connection and that it's a basic human need. And because it's a

basic human need, that makes it a basic business need. David, can you unpack that for us? I mean,
