was fantastic. Joe is a guy who has incredible stories about his career and just hearing the

company is something that I truly enjoyed listening to and Joe is a leader that I loved

learning from. His big tenant and leadership is that transparency is what unifies a team.

about Joe was just that he's the real deal. And I think that's what you beat by transparency as what you see

is what you get. And I just loved it. And I also love learning about tractor supply. You know, I'm not a

real tractor guy, a farm guy. I mean, that's not exactly my cup of tea. But it's amazing in this

country, how successful you can be, you know, attacking categories that you just don't

think of each and every day. And Joe and his team did a marvelous job doing it. They certainly
