I'm doing fantastic, Kula. Well, today is an exciting day because we just found out that How Leaders Learn

your new book has hit the USA Today bestseller list. And I am so excited that leaders everywhere are getting their hands on this book. It's such a great day for our team here. And David, congratulations on a bestselling book. If you haven't gotten your copy yet, definitely grab it today. As you can see, it's a bestseller. People are loving it. And it's just such a

fun day to celebrate. The book is incredible. And it's been a labor of love to get that book out

into the world. And so I'm so excited to announce that and congratulate you, David. Well, thank you,

Kula. And I also want to thank my co-writer, Larry Bishop, who helped me really put this book together and all the

podcast guests that we had that tell their stories in the book, which I think really

makes it amazing. And I'm really gratified that we're selling so many copies, but I'm even more

gratified to read all the reviews. We're getting five-star reviews by everybody who's read it.

And that's

really, really exciting to me as well. So, you know, we're early on in terms of the sales, but I'm

very pumped up about the book. All my proceeds are going to go to the Wendy Novak Diabetes

Institute, which is terrific. And it really follows up on our mission to make the world a better

place by developing better

leaders. And I think anybody that reads this book is going to come up with some insights that

they can put to use today. There's no doubt about it. And the conversation that we're debriefing

today has actually given me and our team a lot of great insights in terms of how to talk about the book

on social media. Today, we're

debriefing your conversation with Irina Novoselsky. She's the CEO of HootSuite, which is a social

media management software. And this interview that you had with Irene is so helpful. She's
