questions with David Novak. David, you better buckle up because today we're debriefing your conversation

with a powerhouse woman from Yonka's New York, and she is not afraid to speak her mind.

Well, you can say that again, Kula.

I don't think there are too many people that can rival with Constance.

She is amazing. She's also Greek, and I'm Greek.

So I felt a sense of connection when she was talking because, yes, she's from New York,

but Greek women just have this way of being headstrong, and they have this way of

turning nose into yeses. And so I felt that so deeply from Constance.

I have to tell you one thing, Kula, you Greek women are very proud of yourself.

We've got to be. It's our heritage. And you love us for it, don't you?

Constance is the founder and CEO of Smack Entertainment.

She co-founded the company with Michael Strayhan and her story is pretty freaking amazing.

She had the chance to be Snoop Dogg's manager at one point.

Now she's working to develop Coach Prime. And the way that her business has taken

off is so inspiring and exciting. And today, David, I've got three questions for you. And like I said,

you better buckle up because I'm not from yonkers, but the yonkers can come out of me.

Well, I will definitely speak my mind, Cool, so let's go.

Question number one. Constance can't stand getting a no. In fact, she works on an idea or a deal until that no eventually becomes a yes. David, when's a time where you got a no, but had so much

conviction and an idea or a thought that you pushed it through until that no became a yes?
