And David, today we're debriefing your conversation with Chrissy Taylor. She's a CEO of Enterprise Mobility, which is a phenomenal company.

Well, let me tell you something, Kula.

Her energy and her infectious attitude would pick up anybody. I mean, she is just, she is an absolute

dynamone. I love being with her and I really admire how she's evolved a company from just being a

rental car company where they would pick you up, which was a point of differentiation, to now we're

there in enterprise mobility, where they're looking at every aspect of providing travel services to their

customers. And that frame of reference, I think, is going to unlock a lot of growth for them as

they go forward. And she's very excited about it. And she's up for that mission to really make that

happen. She totally is. She's also such a gifted communicator. And this episode was so energizing. Really, I mean, it's kind of cheesy to say, but like it really did pick me up. It like lifted my spirits and made me excited about what's to come like not only for Enterprise, but for me too. Well, it's especially cheesy after we already let me use the line of picking me up, you know. So if you want to use it cliche you can's good cliche, you can keep using it. Okay, okay, there you go. Question number one. David, you actually met Chrissy at Enterprise HQ in St. Louis several years ago

when they invited you as the CEO of Young Brands to come in and

teach their team about franchising. What wisdom did you impart on their team about how to franchise well?

Well, first of all, I want to tell you, I learn more by going to them than they learn for me.

And, you know, it's just a great company. They have great processes and discipline around what really

matters. And they have a people first culture, which she talks about in the podcast, that is second

to none. So we picked up a lot about how they really drive their culture and make people feel
