peeling back the curtain sharing with you what's going on in real time and at the time

that I'm recording this it's Sunday for it to release on Monday and the reason that

I'm recording this episode right now is I just got back from an event.

And I want to share with you a couple of things that were really impactful for me that I feel will be really impactful for you.

In particular, we're going to dive into three mic drop moments that really resonated with me from a speaker that spoke at the event that I had never heard of before, who was absolutely incredible.

I also want to talk a little bit about podcast and community growth because that was part of the

keynote that I did and it's a question that I get asked often. I know a lot of women maybe you specifically

that are listening into this right now are

podcasters you're building community you're putting yourself out there on

social media so there's something that I just want to touch on that I feel will be really

valuable and then I also want to talk a little bit about this concept of the domino effect and how it can be such a valuable fuel source for you in your life if you really consider this as you're growing and evolving.
