So why did you decide to want to start teaching about leadership from the inside out at business school?

How did that come about? First off, well you know there's as always an outer story and then an inner

story, you know, so the outer story is that we do in business school, you know, have an aspiration

for students to also learn how to like engage and have impact, you know, in terms of how do you

inspire people and turn people around in moments of adversity and direct people and shape people

and grow people and in all of that. But you know I felt that shouldn't the journey of that like

leadership aspirin begin from within so that you first start to know how to inspire yourself and

change yourself and grow yourself and direct yourself and advance your own self in times of adversity

in other ways. And so that became the official positioning in all the class that this is

filling a missing core in the journey of someone you know, sparring for the mental leadership.
