Welcome back. Today, what we're going to be talking about are the three steps, the three keys to hitting your goals is what I'm going to give you today.

So we're going to go over the three. If you have a pen and paper, please pull it out. You're going to want it today. Definitely take notes on this.

If you're driving, please don't take any notes. But listen to it whenever you get to the office or when you get home, whatever that might be and take some notes.

So the three steps are this number one is to clarify your goals. See, most people set goals or set new years resolutions, whatever it might be and what they say is, oh, I want to make more money.

I want to lose weight. I want to be happier. I want to be healthier. All of these different things. But, but that really isn't a goal that's clarified to say that I want to make more money.

What is that $1 more than you may last year? What exactly do you mean by make more money? You have to become extremely clear on it. If you say I want to make $100,000 this year, well, that is more clear.

You can take that goal and you can actually figure out, okay, what do I have to do every single week or every single month in order to hit that goal?

You need to clarify exactly what it is that you want. If you say I want to be healthier, that is not a goal that is clarified either.

You need to know exactly the way you want to be, the body fat that you want to be. You need to take the picture of the person who has the body that you want and you need to print it out and put it inside of your closet.
