So today we're doing a hypnosis session, a very small one,

that will really get you far more confidence, more of like a guided visualization

to let go of worries, anxieties and doubts,

so you can really begin to experience more emotional freedom in your life.

So when you're ready, go ahead and close your eyes.

And as you go ahead and close your eyes, give yourself this opportunity to just relax and to let go.

That's right. Just breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

And just allow each breath out to become more relaxing

and each breath in

allowing you to just go deeper

into this new wonderful learning state. You see listening

to me right now it means that you're ready to make some wonderful changes because

you can and you have made changes before you may have

made them in different areas of your life sometimes subtle changes other times big transformational

changes and it doesn't matter which one,

because there have been many different types.

But what I'm interested in right now

is your ability to be here.

Because you are hearing all that I say.

And as you listen to my words, you can consciously begin to drift.

You see, consciously listening to me is great.

But you can also begin to wonder.
