All right, welcome to another episode. Today, we're going to be talking about the three changes to embrace this autumn.

But first and foremost, before we even start the conversation, who calls it autumn? I call it fall. Marissa, what do you call it?

I don't know anybody who actually says in a normal sentence who would say autumn.

I guess autumn I do refer to as the whole thing.

But if I'm talking about, oh, it's fall now.

You know, I would say it's fall.

You know, right before recording, because I looked at the title and whoever decided on the title, I was like, this is so professional.

Where does this word even come from?

And interestingly enough, it's the British. This is how they call it, Autumn. It's the Brits. The Brits. But then we decided

in America during the Revolutionary War to change it to fall because we wanted to distance ourselves.

Are you making this up or did you actually look this up? I looked it up. Now, that was the first thing that

came up. I don't know how accurate that is. So someone's going to have to, you know, check us.

But normally in the United States, we call it fall versus autumn. I like autumn. Autumn sounds

sweeter and nicer. Fall feels a little flat. Autumn is all about change.

Anyways, that's what we're going to talk about today.

As the summer's gone, there's things that need to be changing, right?

The leaves are changing.

There's also certain mindsets and shifts that we need to make

in order to crush our goals for 2024.
