What's up, love a girl? Welcome back to the podcast. I hope that you are well. I am feeling,

I am feeling energized. I am back to taking my early morning strolls. I walk about 30 minutes

in the mornings and I typically stop going outside

in the mornings in the wintertime because I ain't about all that cold. And I would just do my little

mini treadmill inside the house to make sure I have 10K steps. But now that it's warming up,

I'm able to go out and enjoy the birds singing in the morning

and watching the kids go to school and watching old people hold hands and walk through

the neighborhood.

It's just a beautiful feeling.

And then, of course, I feel really good after the walk myself.

So, yeah, that's how I'm feeling today.
