What's up everybody? Welcome to another episode of Nobody Asked us with Des and Kara presented by Brooks Running.

Give me some set and setting, Kara. Where are we at? What are we doing? We are in Balboa Park, in San Diego, California. Your old stomping grounds. Sort of. We're here for the Brooks Cross-Country National Championships, and I've got to say the weather could not be nicer. Yeah, this is the San Diego Daily. This is it. This is what I grew up in. That's why I'm soft.

We got on our flight. Yeah. And then they said they were having some mechanical issues. I know. So they were super nice. I got worried when they started handing out like water and stuff.

Yeah. I was like, we're going to be here for a while. Yeah. Do you guys, does anyone need snacks? I was like, we're going to be here for a while. And then at some point the pilot came on and said, hey, guys, we're ready to go. but if you want to get off the flight, you can.

So then he came on like 10 minutes later and told us we all had to get off.

And in the meantime, everybody ran across the airport to the other San Diego flight that was taking off. And we did as well. And then we made that one. We got on that. Oh, that one ended up being delayed, but we knew it was a plane that worked.
