I'm going to talk right now about a new survey that was done by MetLife.

They surveyed several thousand people, an unusually large sample size, to see what people

wanted that would attract them to an employer or more important today as more people, as

known as the quip rate is rising, as more people say, hey, you're not treating me the

way I want to be treated here, I'm going somewhere else, what is it that the workers are looking

for?

Well, one of the things is the absolute top thing workers are looking for was consistent

across all age groups.

The number one benefit that employees want is unlimited vacation.

I think back how things have changed from earlier this decade where all people hoped

for was a paycheck from anywhere they could find it and times have changed.

Employers need workers and the shoe is now on the other foot.

People want not that they would take unlimited vacation because if somebody said, hey, I'll

be back in a year or two, they're going to come back to no job, but the idea of accruing

so many hours of vacation or sick leave or the thing that a lot of really bureaucratic

companies have this thing called PTO.
