We talked about this guy a while back, but he's finally got sentenced.

This happened in North Wildwood, New Jersey.

Animal rights activists were outraged when they, remember the guy that ripped off the seagull's head,

just decapitated the seagulls head because it took fries from his daughter.

He pleaded guilty to several charges, including third-degree animal cruelty. You think that'd be first-degree, ripping the head off something. If that's not, what is? Yeah, what is second-degree and what is first-degree? Did it have to be premeditated? If that's only third degree. Premeditated is first degree. Somebody mentioned that when it comes to human murder. And second degree is passion. And third degree is like manslaughter. That's what the, and they charge that legless, armless dude with the first two. Probably in case the first one doesn't stick that he's charged with the second one. Yeah, maybe. Yeah. Yeah, he received, what did he get? Eight years, no, eight months or something like that? Eight months in jail. Yeah. For beheading a seagull on the beach. He showed his daughter what you. Yeah. And then I haven't even clicked on the story yet because... Did the daughter thank him or did that traumatize her? It would probably... She probably a little girl. Probably a little girl. I got to think the latter. Dad's a dick.
