Instagram, you know that I've been on kind of a roller coaster lately. I've just been really bogged down

by everything that's going on in the news and in the world around us, just the violence and the

vitriol and the voter suppression.

I was so frustrated about it and I just threw up a post saying that I was super mad.

And a lot of you were super mad too.

So, of course, it's okay to be super mad.

It's okay to be a little ragey sometimes.

But let's take that rage and channel it into something

productive because there is a lot to do. So I have put together this episode all about voter suppression.

First, we're going to talk about what is going on. What happened in Georgia, what's going on

around the country, and what does voter suppression look like.

Then we're going to talk about a little bit of the history. Of course, it wouldn't be for a same

basis without a little history lesson. So we'll talk about the history of voter suppression and what

it has looked like in our country. And then we're going to talk about what we can do about it because there is so much
