that I wanted to share with you because last week I was on Instagram live just randomly on a Tuesday night

and I shared a little bit about the things that are keeping me hopeful right now.

There were two things specifically, and you'll hear about them in just a minute.

But I was thinking about it, and I realized that I don't know about you, but I don't watch

Instagram lives.

I always have the intention of watching the whole thing, but I always get distracted

or I can't watch the video or something's happening. So I thought, you know what, this needs a

permanent space to live on the podcast for those of you who are like me and don't have the

bandwidth or the capacity to watch an Instagram live. So it's pretty quick. It's only about seven minutes

long, but I wanted the audio to live here forever. And I'm working on an episode for this week.

It is all about voter suppression, about what's going on and about what we can do about it.
