I wish we had a do-over, because I would leave work today at the end of this hour and make my

way over to the ballpark

and watch Florida State play baseball because on the heels of that one, and we talked about it

a little bit earlier, but I do want to highlight, Tom, that's as bad a performance from

Florida State as we've seen in two years. They were awful. And every aspect of the game,

they sucked.

No adjustments at the plate to a simple change-up that that guy threw over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

And yet we were as befuddled as one could be.

We were behind in terms of pitch count.

If you're taking a look at their ability to get to 02 and our ability to get to

2O and our ability on the mound to ever be ahead in the count,

everybody that came to the plate was 203-1-30 for Mercer. It was,

you didn't pick up the baseball terribly well. You didn't. I mean, they're really,

that was hideous. That was hideous. It makes you worry that we're going to miss Evan Crest quite a bit, quite a bit.

And I think the other part of it is I'm coming around, Tom, to not thinking this bullpen

is all that, all that special.

They, yeah, this is, I'm glad that mason martinez has developed

i'm glad that prescott is there uh i just early on in the season i wasn't thrilled with what i saw

out of abraham and he was supposed to be your your first guy your first line of defense now he's
