I want to finish up, circle back for a second here on the larger CSE challenge and all of those things that are happening in the world of college athletics,

which make life difficult for Florida State and many others, for that matter, saw on the chat,

yes, Dustin, we are both well aware Tom and I that Kiffin was never coming here.

That's why it was a laughable comment from the athletic director.

And I don't think that conversation ever happened.

What it signals, though, is that there's a willingness to just, in theory, if it could happen,

not give one crap about any of the cap or the CSC.

That's all I'm saying.

It's very situational this whole thing with the CSC.

Quote, there's no question that during the portal agents were demanding guaranteed NIL for student

athletes and schools felt pressure to guarantee those things, even though such guarantees are not within the rules.

I think any athletic director would tell you that, quote, unquote, from Mr. Sealy,

challenges with the NIL go, and this is where it matters most.

This is the point we've been making all along.

Third party deals are just two of the persistent obstacles that the CSC has faced

since the settlement took effect just last summer. The other big one is, you know, participant

agreement, which requires the participating schools to cooperate with investigations.
