Summary

On Today’s Show: Where do you put your hands during a physical?  The passing of a friend is always hard. ASK MY MOM: 3/10 Birthdays Ain’t Bad Today’s Quote: “Looking for unconditional love in a world of conditions must inevitably fail. Since all your brothers and sisters are acting out of shame-based patterns, they cannot offer you the love you know that you deserve, nor can you offer it to them. The best that you can do is raise each other’s awareness of the love that is necessary and begin taking responsibility for giving it to yourself.” Paul Ferrini Certified Mama’s Boy Merch is NOW AVAILABLE! 0:45.1

Hi, honey. Okay, I must start with something kind of trivial today. But the day is the annual day

0:49.5

where I have to get called fat by a professional and I always dread this day. Today is my annual

0:56.2

physical everybody. Who's ready for who gets excited for their annual physical? Oh boy,

1:01.8

1:07.6

anal about my, anal's probably the wrong word, annual physical. That choice of words. Yeah.

1:15.2

But it's one of those things where I walk in every time and no matter how much I feel like I'm

1:19.2

doing well with my weight, I'm always told I'm too fat. You know what I mean? And so like last

1:24.2

1:27.0

I'm overweight. It's not possible. Yeah, that's when I was like, I was running three or four times

1:30.6

1:37.6

1:41.3

what in the hell? There's no, I can't really. I can't lose. I just can't lose anymore. I can't

1:47.3

lose. Yeah, this is not, this is not humanly possible for me to, uh, to lose five more pounds.

1:54.8
