A possible act of domestic terrorism in upstate New York, Gianna Jolo, Fox News, the

FBI investigating that deadly car collision and fire outside of a New Year's concert in

Rochester, New York, as a possible act of domestic terror.

Rochester Police Chief David Smith named the suspect as 35-year-old Syracuse resident

Michael Avery who was killed in the attack.

Although the motive behind the crime remains unknown, the conversations we've had with

his family so far leads us to believe that Avery may have been suffering from possible

undiagnosed mental health issues.

U.S. border agents reporting a record number of crossings in the last month of 2023 as more migrants are shipped throughout the U.S.

When he comes to government, local government, state, federal, they're all arguing over who's

responsible for the care of these folks, but the reality is the cost, it comes down

on the taxpayer.

Eric Adams, he's been talking incessantly about Governor Abbott and how he's been

sending migrants to New York City migrants like these here complaining that it's

unfair to the treatment of these folks.

The reality is though here in New York,

they're kind of doing the same thing.

New York City itself is offering fully paid flights for migrants

if they will leave the Big Apple.

Over 19,000 migrants have taken the city up on that offer,
