Good morning, my friends. It's time for you and me to join together in the morning

mindset by alighting our minds around the truth of God. I want to start out this morning by saying

thank you to 41 special friends, 41 people who have decided to partner with

us to make sure the morning mindset continues to come out and can even expand in the

ministry that we're doing. That's part of the reason we're able to do the new

All right, we are wrapping up second Peter here within the next few episodes probably.

We are down in the bottom of chapter 3 just have read

verse 14 in yesterday's episode and today we're gonna revisit verse 14

because there's a concept that I want to touch on that Peter makes very clear.

Let me read the verse again and then we'll talk about it.

It says therefore beloved, since you're waiting for these, be diligent to be found by

him without spot or blemish and at peace.

Now Peter is referring to the fact that Jesus is returning and upon his return he's going to do a lot of amazing things

among which are destroying the current heaven and earth and creating a new one.

He's coming to give us the fulfillment

of all of his promises.

And so Peter is telling you, since we are waiting for those things,

first of all, let me ask you, are you waiting for those things are you mindful of the fact that there is this glorious promise that Jesus is going to return

Now secondly notice what he says be diligent and we talked about what diligence means and the hard work that's involved in this yesterday in the episode.
