Good morning my friends. Welcome back to the morning mindset. I'm so

thankful you are here and I'm thankful for what the Lord is doing through

this simple five minute recording. I am hearing more often about the

things God is doing through not only the truth we're sharing in these morning

episodes but also through the prayers that you are participating in as

we produce our pray together episodes.

So many people are being blessed, their lives are being changed, God is working because of our partnership in carrying

out the commands of scripture by praying for one another.

Now let's dig back into 2nd Peter chapter 3.

We just finished up verse 10 where Peter has assured us that in spite of the skeptics and the doubts that we hear

Jesus is returning and on that day he is going to change everything we have come to know as

part of life on this planet. He's actually going to change this planet.

It says the Earth and the works that are done on it

will be exposed and that everything is going to be dissolved.

And then Peter asks a very important question. And he says it in a very

long sentence. I'm going to pause at a certain point in the sentence because I want the power of what he's asking

to sink in. Here's his question. Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of people ought you to be dissolved.
