Hey good morning my friends good afternoon good evening whatever time of day it is for you

I welcome you to the morning mindset it's time for us to get our minds aligned with

the truth of God.

Take a deep breath, push away everything that's on your mind right now.

And let's listen to the word of God.

And let us shape our souls and our mindset for the day.

We need to be ready for this day.

Who knows what's coming except our Lord?

Who knows what we need except him?

Who is capable of showing us how to live wisely in the days that we live and in the challenges

that we face except our God?

That's why we come to the scriptures in the morning mindset every day.

The scriptures are wise unto salvation, we are told.

And they give us the insight and guidance that we need.

So let's take advantage of it today. We have been looking at the book of 2 Peter and we're in chapter 2 and

Peter himself the author has been telling us about false teachers and warning us that they will come among us.

And he just gave us in yesterday's episode some examples from the Old Testament of situations

where God not only judged a false situation or a bad situation, but

he also brought about deliverance for his people in that same situation.

He talks about Noah and the flood.

And he talks about the cities of Sodom and Glamor

that were destroyed because of their wickedness.
