if we starters or not. But we're going to start with that first question.

What changes are you making to maybe save your job?

First thing I'm doing is giving up play calling duties,

because I've got to understand that. I know I love doing it. It's probably my favorite part of the job, but it's not working.

I'm unable to get Carson and the offense into any kind of rhythm, any kind of flow.

I'm giving up play calling duties to Marty.

And just hoping for a spark there.
