I have been wanting to interview Sharon for a long time.

She's a Kenyan-born distance runner.

She came here to go to college.

And while at KU, she won the NCAA championships in the 10,000 meters.

She's now a professional runner for Under Armour and trains in Flagstaff with her team

dark sky distance. In this episode, we hear all about how she grew up in Kenya, training
