Hey Bob here, welcome back to the show episode 299, today I want to give you a very different

opinion and point of view on something that is pretty widely accepted inside of our

profession.

And here's what it is that you have to know your why in order to be successful.

And I am here to tell you that I could not disagree more.

Here's the reason why I say that because I am somebody that even though I did struggle

for many years starting out, I achieved a pretty good level of success after a while.

And I had absolutely no clue what my why was.

And I wanted to record this episode, this isn't going to be a relatively short episode,

but I shared an Instagram reel just the other day on this topic and I had so many people

that commented that basically just said, thank you so much for saying this because I've

always been somebody that has always struggled because we hear over and over again, right?

You got to know your why.

I remember my mentor would tell me, you know what's your why when it makes you cry.

And I can literally, I can like visualize, like look back at myself, just sitting there,

like writing down these different statements, just like over hunched over a pad of paper,

just like waiting for the emotions to rush and for the tears to come and they would never

come. And I'm like, why can't I get this thing right?
