That's a big thing when you look at the context of that.

But that's all that we did. Yeah, it really was all that I did was just it was nonstop. You don't have friends. You don't do anything. A lot of times I didn't have a school to train that either. I wasn't going to somebody's class. It was me out on my back porch with concrete and astro turf training whatever time, day and night. and you just train, train, train all throughout the week.

You compete all day Saturday. Sunday, you drive home. Monday, it's back to school.

I think I was probably as far as I was going to go in fighting at the time, for me to go from where I was to the next level would have taken me several years.
