We are back.

There was no episode last week because life is difficult right now.

We knew it would be.

We knew when we were headed into this whole cancer battle process that this particular time was going to be a little bit tricky.

And it is.

And it's always, it is always safe to assume when there is no podcast episode that it's simply

because I'm in the depths of hell, some way or another.

And it was, it was a little overwhelming last week.

We've hit some snags. We've hit some complications in my daughter Lane's cancer battle. She's the one she's 19 years old for new listeners.

She's 19 being treated at St. Jude for medialoblastoma cancer. And we have, there's been a complication that is significant um and as you guys

know my patreon community is where i i share a little bit more just because that is a little more private

it's not just out there on youtube you know here are all the details of everything that's going on

so i did talk about that last week

on, on Patreon. Usually when, when I'm not able to do a main episode, I can at least say why over

there. And so we were able to do that. But it is, it is, it's a lot. It really is a lot. And then

on top of that, my third child, so Lane, the one in this

battle is my second child. My third child is graduating from high school. Like this, the graduation was

just this past weekend and now she's going to be headed off to college. And big mix of emotions right now. I will tell you

everything, everything that I have learned in all of my years having my odd fascination with

reading about wartime generals and leadership and peak performance and listening to the ice bath bros.

This is why the reason I'm always like making fun of the podcast bros and the ice bath

bros is I do listen to their podcast and I have learned a few things about like peak performance
