Let's just sit here in silence for a moment and think about it. People will write to us sometimes

and say, the government needs a budget. And I would write back and say, the government has a budget most of the time, speaking only about the US.

I don't know about the status of other world governments and their budgets.

But yeah, they have one. It's just they don't approach it the same way we do. It's not zero-based.

But do rich people need budgets? I mean at what point is your income so high your expenses so low that you really don't need a budget.

I just can't figure out a scenario.

I guess you always need a budget,

because you always need to know that your life

is being spent appropriately.

No, no, let's not say appropriately.

Let's say intentionally because appropriate attaches some kind of standard and I don't know where that standard would come from except

from you.

So let's call it intention, your intention.
