Welcome in everyone to this week's edition of the Deer Hunter podcast Friday, April 28th.

And you are in the 1973, 28-foot airstream.

Coming to you from the state forests of northern Michigan, our temporary broadcast studio, which I do see that won't be too much longer lived. I've been hesitant to spike

the football yet, but today when I'm recording this a few days ahead, it looks like this coming

Friday, I'm going to be closing on the home that myself and my family are going to be moving

into here in the immediate future.

So I'll be able to get the podcast studio back up and running and be organized, and I'm

very much looking forward to that this has been

fun and interesting experience in my life living out of a trailer for well I'm at a month right now

and I realistically I have probably a month left to go be eight eight weeks in total that I've been

living out here no plumbing plumbing. My electricity is a

generator and a battery. I use it sparingly. It's been, it's been interesting. So, but I, I,

I don't think I've missed, well, I maybe missed one week while I moved of the podcast, but this,

this week was outstanding because I had my friend

Tony Peterson. I interviewed him last night. I say interview loosely. We sat down and had a conversation

for about 90 minutes, and we touched on quite a bit. I thoroughly got engulfed in the conversation. We talk a little bit about a couple hot topics. And I think the takeaway from the entire conversation is I value the way that Tony keeps an open mind about things and doesn't form rigid opinions and I can tell you in my

younger days I definitely formed rigid opinions and as I get a little bit older I'm more hesitant

to do that I'm I'm more enough to keep an open mind about things and evaluate and change

course and change my mind if, if needed.
