Summary

In this episode, I talk about what YOU bring to the table and why the adage "it's better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all" is true. I talk about why you're just as worthy today as you were when you were younger. All right welcome to episode 296. Hello my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode of new

0:53.5

mindset who does thank you for listening. Thank you for supporting me and I've got a really

0:58.5

simple episode for you today. It's in reaction to a bunch of DMs I've been getting lately on

1:03.4

Instagram which again side note I said this before but I definitely see every single DM

1:09.6

and I try to respond to as many as I realistically can but it's gotten to a point where I just need

it's ending was a mistake and in reality that person you know really was the one or that we messed up

1:58.3

and you know that we had what we wanted and if we only had done something different and things

2:02.5

would be different now and we have what we deserve and all this this kind of you know looking back

2:06.7

and overthinking and essentially it boils down to we do this thing where we look back and we think

2:12.8

that we used to be more worthy we used to be more deserving when we were younger when we were younger

2:20.8

and it's a strange thing right we look back and we think that the version of us in the past

2:26.3

was more deserving than who we are in the present. I don't know if you can relate to that but I
