So everything's going really well with the fasting.

But I've hit a little bit of a plateau. So I've been doing calorie cycling like you suggested. I actually took out cheat meals this past week and so I'm just wondering if there's something in addition to what I'm already doing that I can kind of tweak it a little bit more.
