Hello Dave I am the person who always says I'm going to air the podcast at a certain time.

My teaching in higher ed podcast, and then I confuse people who have never listened to podcasts or have never been on a podcast before because they think they have to listen at the exact time that it airs.

Richard wrote in and asks, I'm currently working in a unique organization which doesn't follow the standards of best practices.

It has a hierarchical reporting structure, but at the top we have an advisory board that takes decisions instead of a single person.

That board is just below the CEO, has three people in it, and I am one of them.

I struggle most of the time to get agreement with the other two decision-makers, either because of different views on a topic or because of political games.
