First question today is from Leslie. And Leslie says, hubby and I are starting the carnivore diet on Monday. Good for you.

We both tend to have gut issues. He's had multiple gut surgeries and had his gallbladder removed.

Food tends to send him to the bathroom often. I have the opposite problem. I'm hoping the

carnivore diet will help these issues, but can it exacerbate constipation problems? And if so, what could I do to

help? So just for some other context, Mama Solio had her gallbladder removed. I forget how long ago,

but she eats tons of meat and doesn't have any problems. I feel like your body will heal and
