to finish it, right? There was no option really to bail out, at least not in my mind. And so having that house

forced me to put the basement suite in and every house after that just having a project that had a clear end in sight

really kept me moving forward and in that way real estate was, you know, sort of kept me on track.

Whereas if I was left to my own devices, I may have given up a little earlier, you know, say I was saving money to invest it instead I might not have been able to stay on on the path like real estate kind of forced me to. I was probably one lucky key.

My success is just that after committing to the purchase of the home,

I was, I had to stay with it.

Real estate kind of forces you to do that.
